The Lube Vent Block: The Key
to Longer Bearing Life
1.
No need for costly divider blocks on Central Lube Systems
- Simple time/pressure pump to set increased lube cycles
and volume up to 1/3 Cavity area will allow the Lube
Vent Block to vent the excess grease maintaining a fresh
mixture of Unoxidized Grease in the Bearing Cavity---Not
mintue/Low volume amounts of grease as provided by divider
blocks since their is no allowance for venting excess
lubricant.
2. Audio grease guns only provide enough grease to quiet
the bearing temporarily, and within hours the new minimal
grease amount is mixed with and oxidized itself.
3. Grease Re-Lube amounts should be bearing (OD in mm
X width in mm X .005 grams minimum) to ensure fresh
unoxidized or uncontaminated grease is in the bearing.
4. Grease frequencies should be set to ensure that after
Re-Lubrication clean useable grease exists from the
Lube Vent Block --- What exists the bearing through
the Lube Vent Block is a mixture of what is in the bearing
--- Like you breathing out a mixture of what you took
into your lungs.
